DELTA KAPPA EPSILON PRIDES ITSELF IN OWNING THE LARGEST AND MOST UNIQUE FRATERNITY HOUSE ON CAMPUS.

Unlike other fraternities at UBC, our house consists of 5 apartment style "quads", each with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and living area. Each quad has 6 bedrooms with the exception of 1st south (5 bedrooms).

In addition to quads, our house comes fully outfitted with a spacious Common Room steeped in Fraternity history. Complete with Projector Area, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, and room for activities to spare, DKE prides itself on having the most diverse shared space in the Greek Village.

Also in the Common Room you'll find a fireplace and custom raised wallpaper with the DKE coat of arms on it—rumour has it it's been imported from Sweden and is worth more than most cars. There is also 3 display cases filled with DKE memorabilia dating all the way back to our founding in 1844. Phi Alpha boasts the largest collection of DKE memorabilia in the world with over 300 historical artifacts.

The attached parkade is heated and comes discounted for all members to park in. It's the cheapest parking you'll find at UBC.

The basement is big and bold with lots of space for activities - this is where most of the fun happens. It contains a large multipurpose area, fully-equipped bar, DJ booth, and top quality speaker system. Don't worry, the Fraternity Village's only in-house AC system keeps us cool while we turn up.
